• Inspect And Lubricate Rollers And Bearings
• Inspect And Tighten And Lubricate Hinges And Hardware
• Inspect Cables For Wear Or Damage
• Inspect Drums For Wear Or Damage
• Inspect Weather Seal For Wear Or Damage
• Spring Balancing
• Ensure And Check All Wiring Connections Are Connected Properly.
• Ensure All Safety Features Photocells And Switches Are Working Properly.
• Inspect And Adjust Belt
• Testing Of Door Operation ( Automatic And Manual ).
• Complete Check On Safety And Control For The Door System.

Note: Costs For Replacement Spare Parts Or Components Not Included. We Will Submit A Separate Proposal In Such Cases For Approval, And Will Carry Out The Work Accordingly.
