Scope of Work:

• Check door for curtain damage.
• Inspect Door Alignment For Proper Operation
• Inspect Guides For Bends And Damages
• Inspect And Tighten Fasteners.
• Check All Weather Seals.
• Lubricate All Moving Parts.
• Ensure And Check All Wiring Connections Are Connected Properly.
• Check the open, stop, and close button to make sure all are working.
• Check the reverse edge on the bottom of the door to make sure the door reverses when it is closing.
• Check the photo eyes to make sure the door reverses when closing.
• Check loops And Motion Sensors ( If Applicable ).
• Check the timer to insure proper open or close time after Forklift leaves.
• Testing Of Door Operation ( Automatic And Manual ).
• Complete Check On Safety And Control For The Door System.

Note: Costs For Replacement Spare Parts Or Components Not Included. We Will Submit A Separate Proposal In Such Cases For Approval, And Will Carry Out The Work Accordingly.
